The Florida Legislature already passed a law. Iw was ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL byt the Florida Supreme Court. Anything they do will be ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the FSC.
That law was unconstitutional. If you weren't so emotionally invested in Terri's case, you'd agree.
I wonder if this is the SCOFLA's revenge against the FL Legislature for being slapped down in the 2000 recount.
