I repeat... Terri has NEVER HAD HER OWN ATTORNEY. This is why the US Congress is stepping in so that she as an incapacitated person is afforded the right to attorney just like a CONVICT IN DEATH ROW IS AFFORDED THE RIGHT TO AN ATTORNEY
