Unfortunately, Hillary would be even worse.
I don't know why McCain would run again.
If he does, he would find himself devastated by the negative publicity he would most certainly receive.
At least with Hillary in the Oval Office republicans would fight her every initiative tooth-and-claw.
With Maverick John in there they would be his eager water-carriers (for the same projects).
