Everyone needs to check their cars...make sure they aren't stolen. He's probably taking a different attitude if he's smart and collects himself...sounds like proto cold blooded killer.
Here in Raleigh, we've been having this guy in a skeleton mask showing up at ATMs at night, pulling a gun on people in the car, and taking their money.
I've been giving a LOT of thought to my surroundings lately. And for my stepdaughters and grandchildren. It makes me sick that I have to even do that.
