She was also yelling at someone and throwing the victim's arm back on the gurney. She was not helping at all if the victim was in the least coherent. Not only making the matter worse but also causing the patient to become unstable at the way she was handling him. He needed calm not the "helper" to cause panic.
They were doing CPR on the victim. I doubt if he was conscious, much less coherent.
