It is a reflection of Atlanta....the city has gone to hell in the past 20 years. No one in their right mind would go into Atlanta unless they had to under threat of death. Sheesh. You must be going to a different Atlanta than the one I go to.
My Atlanta is quite nice.

My Atlanta is quite nice. Mine too.
I'm hearing this guy was a repeat offender, well known to the courthouse crowd. He should have been under the jail with no key already.
