"I want that juror who voted not guilty in his first trial to feel guilty as h*ll today."

Doubtful.

I was on a jury last fall. Two on the panel thought the defendant's conduct was okay by them...Kidnapping with a deadly weapon (firearm). We could only agree and convict on unlawfull restraint. The two said that it was part of their culture.

Sorry, but I just gotta ask, "What the h*ll culture is that---Caveman?" Incredible, sometimes I think we only get what we deserve! Jurists who work to further their personal agenda instead of "the Law" are as high on my sh*t list as liberal judges!
