I'm guilty of neither watching local news nor reading that rag that shows up on my curb every morning, so this is the first I've heard of this. Where has this been happening?

At least check out WRAL.com once in awhile to keep abreast--if only for your own safety. As for me, only a family emergency and a carload of people with me would get me to go to an ATM late at night, Skeleton mask guy or not.
