A Fulton County judge being interviewed is saying that a CIVIL hearing was going on in the courtroom at the time of the attack. The criminal rape trial had not resumed. I wonder if that lowered the amount of security.
He also says that he has always been very comfortable with the security at the courthouse.
That's an interesting detail.

BUT- til they nail this guy the "reported sightings" will be as wild as the Saddam sightings used to be...
