Per FoxNews analyst.........The Supreme Court ruled it against the defendents rights to keep them in a "jail uniform" because it makes the defendent "look" guilty. So the perp on the run has civilian clothes on due to not wanting to damage his image in court. More PC attitudes like this allow the perp to run around now dressed in casual clothes. Nice job SCOTUS.

It's amazing that they haven't caught him yet.
It has been reported that he was not in custody (had a hung jury) so of course he would be in civilian clothes.
I guess that is why MJ wore his jammies to court, so he would look innocent.
If he was out on bond, which is often the case even in very serious cases, he would have been in civilian clothing. Don't see the relevance.
