Reality is all we have, and true happiness can only be achieved when living in it, and dealing with it. Deviancy is immoral and that IS reality. The depraved will never be absent there guilt and "feel comfortable" no matter how much reality they live in denial of, or how much our laws allow them to. Reality is always there, we do them no kindness but not addressing it and insisting on laws that exemplify it.

Society can only live as long as people conform to a natural law. Without natural law and order, you have only lawlessness.

Doesn't it seem as though "hiding from and denying reality" has reached pandemic proportions? "Let's play pretend" seems to be the byword of today.
