Wow. I've never met a "stud," though a lot of men have SAID they were. Seems their big shiny belt buckles got in the way. Somehow, they just never seemed to measure up as MEN.
True, the term is often used among dudes bragging about their sexual exploits. Thus, my facetious comment comparing how promiscuous women are sometimes viewed, compared to the guys these same chicks bed.
There are real studs, though. Charles Bronson, John Wayne, Gary Cooper, to name a few.
