I've had back problems before..NO WAY you can just "pivot" and turn around to wave at your fans if your back is out.

Yeah, they just replayed the part where he left the car, unsupported, and quickly pivoted around to wave to his fans. If he has a back problem it is minor and not warranting this. If it were serious he wouldn't be walking, let alone turning - I know, like you, I've had a REAL back problem before.
