Definitely faking, imo. I've had back problems (who hasn't) and couldn't turn to wave like that.

But don't forget who we're dealing with...a person who doesn't want to breathe the same air we breathe and spends free time in oxygen tents. I can see him running to a Dr. when he gets a sliver....

Yeah, that wave did him in. I couldn't even turn my head, let alone my back, raise my arm and wave, when I hurt my back.
