No, it is certainly not Jude Ito's court, thank goodness.

This judge is great -- a real no-nonsense hardliner who is clearly not impressed with celebrity.

Jackson is pulling this stunt because today the day the accuser goes into the graphic testimony.

MSNBC: Judge has issued an arrest warrant for MJ. Reportedly on his way to court right now.

I'm on another thread too but Court TV was reporting that when Jackson came into the court each day he did what they call ballet stretches and now he's claiming severe back problems.

What he needs here is a Judge Ito to drag this out for a year, hand the court over to Whacko's attorney, cry a little from the bench, etc.

Will do. Court TV: 28 minutes left and arrest warrant pending if he's not there by then.

Fox saying that Jackson was "devastated" upon hearing the testimony of the little boy yesterday!

If the attorney could stand up IN court and say Jackson was in the hospital, why didn't he tell the judge that BEFORE court!

What a wackaloon! And so juvenile, like a kid who plays sick so he doesn't have to go to school.

Jackson got up and WENT TO THE BATHROOM in the middle of the trial the other day. How is that for thinking you are privileged?!

Sure beats doing it on the stand.

Court TV: Steam coming out of the judge's ears this morning when he saw MJ wasn't there.

Banner on Court TV: MJ to be arrested if he does not show up in court by 12:35 est.

The announcement came after a few minutes after court was to have begun. Jackson’s accuser was expected to begin a second day of testimony against the singer.

The jury was not yet in the courtroom when the judge entered.

Jackson’s lawyer, Thomas Mesereau Jr., said, “Mr. Jackson is at Cottage Hospital in Santa Ynez with a serious back problem. He does plan to come in.”

The judge, obviously angry, declared, “I’m issuing a warrant for his arrest. I’m forfeiting his bail. I will hold the order for one hour.”

Mesereau had been observed talking urgently on his cell phone for about a half-hour before the session was to begin.

Jackson has had health problems that previously interrupted the proceedings. During the first week of jury selection he went to a hospital with flu symptoms. But he has been on time or early since then.

Unfortunately any celeb who goes to jail gets segregation just b/c of the fact any prisoner would love to take out a celeb. But I personally give Jackson one week before isolation gets to him.

Why isn't Jackson's attorney INSIDE talking to the judge?

The judge has spoken. End of story. No further talk would be helpful.

Like an old Amos & Andy show I remember where the judge was about to let Andy and the Kingfish off with a just a stern lecture when Algonquin J. Calhoun bursts into the court room and goes crazy and wagging his finger at the judge.

When the judge threatens him with contempt and jail time, he slinks out with a, "Ahhh....See ya fellas".

The Kingfish turns around to the judge and says, "Just how much ground did we lose while our attorney was here?".

Does Court TV have a little clock on the bottom clicking by the minutes until he's arrested??
