You know what's frustrating? There's no shortage of stories of Canadians like that but most people have never been exposed to them. I majored in History at university, focusing mainly on U.S. and Canadian politics, and when I hear people say we have a boring history and few heros I still get irritated. Of course, public schools ignore our military history when in fact it's some of our most fascinating stuff. Part of the reason many Canucks don't get more outraged at the state of our armed forces is that they have no clue how rich and honorable their history is.

Thanks for that.

You are most welcome.

I have gone from being frustrated to being downright angry at the way Canada has rewritten her history.

Those "Heritage Minutes" on TV are a disgrace.
