I am not surprised that the MSM has not picked up on many of the facts of this case.

There were numerous posts on past threads debating the pros and cons of Dr. Keyes, but I think on THIS issue he is eleoquent and speaks the truth. I have to give him kudos for his work on behalf of Terri despite some of my questions about the IL race.

Do you have any cogent comments on this transcript? no. but I remember thinking, "wow, he pulled a Gary Bauer!"
But, if you search my posts back around that time, you might find something.
Oh, sorry -- I don't know what "cogent" means.

"That is what the pardoning power ultimately represents under our Constitution: that executive power to stop a judge's action from taking effect, because the judge does not have executive power, . . . " There's the solution. If the judge issues an order to let Terri starve to death, isn't that the same as issuing an order for her execution? If so, the Florida governor can grant Terri a 'pardon.'
