The votes counted so far are probably just all the absentee votes received, probably not including late absentee. Once the rest of the votes come in, I would guess Hertzberg's percentage should decline (but I'm not from LA, so I don't really know).

John wasn't truly obnoxious. He just didn't want to listen to the vomit Hahn was spewing in a last minute interview. Hahn got what was coming trying to claim someone should've known the Enron execs were crooks well before anyone knew! I hope Hahn's in the run-off with Hertzberg.
