I admired Graham during the impeachment proceedings against Boy Clinton, however, since being elected to the Senate he seems intent on currying favor with the elites by calling for tax increases and seemingly siding with Sen. Specter on judicial nominations. Graham, at this rate, will be a single-term Senator.
Ditto your post #7. Graham continues to disappoint.
And why he'd try to make the south sound racist is a mystery to me.
I've lived in Boston, upstate New York and in Connecticut and we now live in South Carolina. I've seen less racism here in 7 years than I saw in one year up north. The races get along so well here that I'm astounded, and pleased.
And Lindsey obviously hasn't understood his own state very well. There have been numerous articles that give statistics...Blacks are moving back to the south in droves. THey aren't doing that because they feel uncomfortable here!
Even worse is that he kisses up to the Hildebeast. Blech.
My exact impression of L. Graham--he looked almost like a "contender" during the Clinton impeachment, but I think we all should have learned by now that talk, especially political talk, is cheap, and always tailored to suit the purposes of the moment, and no one takes it seriously, not the intended target, or the accusers. NEVER expect establishment politicians to get really tough with one another----ultimately they all belong to the same country club, and we pay their annual dues.
