The USSC is just to INTERPRET the law - not WRITE IT!

That's why what they write are called opinions

Unfortunately, their opinions authorize the lower federal judges to issue orders consistent with their opinions. Federal marshals use the force of law (and sometimes, physicial force) to enforce those orders. The courts now have the functionaries to enforce their edicts.

But .. their "opinions" are being used to usurp the CONSTITUTION - which means their "opinions" ARE WRITING THE LAW - NOT INTERPRETATING IT.

It was their "opinion" that no child under the age of 18 should be put to death. Even though that is really a STATES issue and many, many states already have laws regarding the issue. Their statement USURPS THE a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT - and a whole lot of state rights.

It's time for the states to stand up and say NO!!
