Not the "First Time Ever". I remember (growing up on SAC bases) friends tranferibg there and wings doing temp duty there in the 60s and 70s.

Not first time for SAC (which doesn't exist any longer) or for strategic bombers, first time for the B-2.

Guam AFB used to have a sign that read...."Guam is good by order of the base commander".
