Yes, the seperation seems to work just fine.
Yes the seperation works fine for normal folks like you and me. Unfortunately it is not good enough for the diehard antis - for them it has to be 100% smoke-free, or they loose the funding for their highly paid jobs.
There are huge economic issues behind smoking bans.......and not just for business owners. Smoker bans are not grassroots efforts, they are highly financed and sophisticated marketing strategies.
