My questions would be:

3. Are you going to run this like a bank, which has to be profitable in order to survive and not be bailed out by taxpayers, or like a huge stockpile of funds to be "leant" to third-world countries? "Leant" meaning, of course, given with no hopes of ever being paid back.

4. Are you going to end up giving that money to dictators who use it to bolster their dictatorship, oppress and starve their people, and then whine about how greedy the free-market based countries are?
