Sen. Pete V. Domenici, as chairman of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, plans to incorporate ANWR tax incentives and the $3.2 billion in projected revenues from oil development into this year's unwritten budget resolution.

The Democrats can't filibuster ANWR oil drilling if its part of a must-pass measure. I'd like to see them shut down the government on behalf of their rich liberal Sierra Club friends.

I was hoping this would be a part of the steamroller heading at the Dems. I heard Tom Delay say that his entire career has been aimed for these two upcoming years to do everything we can to take this country back from Liberalism.

The biggest problem the Republicans face is finding a few of their members who actually have a spine. Sometime I wonder if the Republicans can't grasp the idea that they are in control and that it's the democrats who are the ones who need to compromise. Bill Frist needs to grow a pair and put a stop to this useless mumbo jumbo coming from the left
