Peronally I think it is a yes to all your questions.
About Netherlands's legal prostitution and drug use their is an "interesting" angel,
Each nation's contribution to the common EU budget is dependent on among other tings the national GNP.
Now, Holland has suddenly figured out that they are unfairly treated because in countries like Sweden where drug use and prostitution is considered illegal these activities are not counted into the GDP.
So, at the moment there are economists in our Department of Finance who are trying to figure out the total value, and also the secondary or refined value of the illegally smuggled drugs in Sweden, and of course the value of the services provided by prostitutes must also be estimated.
No, this is not a joke, or a eurosceptical myth. It was discussed on Swedish public radio, and it was explicitly stated that this was not some kind of early April fool's joke.
But where is the media, or the politician who stands up and like the little girl in HC Andersen's tale says what is so evident: "The emperor is naked".

So what happens if the Brits join the EU, does that mean thet writes them off as a military ally in the future? Will the UK army be allowed to venture on its own like it did with us in Iraq?
What about the EU nations on the UN security council...shouldnt all but ONE of these EU countries be kicked off? Same thing for the Olympics I would assume, one nation ='s one set of athletes
