Showing their true 'colors"!
You know, I am reminded of the tourist scene in the movie 'Witness'.....

Hate Crime?
So, when is this story going to appear in the LA Times, NY Times, Boston Globe, and Washington Post??
This sounds like a hate crime. These guys need to be sleeping with bubba.
I talk to some of them on another discussion group, and they get extremely angry if you try to persuade them that their lifesyle is wrong. If there is to be a change of heart, it has to come from within. It is interesting to gain some insights about how homosexuals feel and think.
Many of them feel like the minority group that used to get called the n-word every day.
If you can avoid confronting them about the morality and hygenic aspects of homosexuality, you can often find common ground just by talking to them and finding out they can be interesting people when they aren't in activist mode.
At the same time the passage about casting pearls before swine comes up.
THE HOMOSEXUAL ROOTS OF FASCISM

This has gone too far.
"allegedly assaulting the Christians"
What happened?
That description merely indicates that there was some physical contact, perhaps just a push.
Who were they?
The article automatically jumps to the conclusion that they were gay. Maybe they were a couple of heterosexuals who got pissed at the signs, or were just pissed-off for some other reason.
Far too many conclusions on far too little information.
Anybody who takes this article seriously is in dire need of some critical thinking skills.

"if someone whacked the queers they'd get 100 years"
Rightfully so. Did you even read the whole article?
I guess they just have a different definition of "tolerance" than Christians do.

You have a point. They can bring their message to us, through the media, etc., but those of the alternate persuasion are not allowed to do that via the mainstream media.
Still, there is a time and place for everything. I haven't had one come to my door yet passing out pro-gay lifestyle tracts.
