islam can't accuse anyone of bigotry as the result of speculation that the crime may have been 'religiously' motivated. Their numerous threats based upon the koranic requirement that all infidels should die or don't deserve to live, is what pointed the finger straight at them. Not us.

This is an excellent point; and one which bears repeating (and probably will need to be repeated in the days, weeks, years to come).

The idea that this was an islamic hate crime did not grow in a vacuum. There were very clear signals from the islamic community itself that lead many people to believe this was a ritual anti-Christian slaughter. The pictures on an islamic web site of the family captioned by statements like "The pig and his wife are dead, praise be to Allah" and such only lead to further speculation of this sort.

And further, let's keep in mind who deserves our sympathy and prayers, and that is the Armanious family. I pray they have found some peace in God.

"Their numerous threats based upon the koranic requirement that all infidels should die or don't deserve to live,....."

Well, which is it "all infidels should die" or "all infidels don't deserve to live" ?

If either of these "requirements" were true you should be able to supply the references ... just where are they found ?
