Which may turn out to be like that mexican who made up the story of the chinese smuggling nuclear materials. Anyone who wants to start trouble can simply point at any murder and say a guy in a turban did it, and get some website to swallow the bait - when it turns out to be false, simply blame the giant government conspiracy.
