NGO's are becoming the shadow governments though they operate in the open. Follow the money.
That is simply not true...or at least to the extent that it is true it is irrelevant. NGO just means it isn't gov't. Whatever NGO's are assuming governmental functions (IMF, World Bank, Fannie Mae, local Project 21 boards, housing developments etc etc) are not in Soros' camp. Soros camp is political, but not governmental. It is not trying to take over the functions of government by doing them...it is trying to take over the real gov't by politics. But it ain't gonna happen...because it is not well enough hidden.
