Funny how the DNC leadership is surrounded by underlings being indicted and going to jail but the leadership never knows a thing. Happens every time. The leadership encourages them to make money by any means possible legal or not, promises them that they won't get caught, then leaves them high and dry when they do.
Susan McDougal had the steel resolve of a pit viper to not talk to prosecutors. Was it because of the money that she made or her loyalty to the Clintons? I'll bet a fear of getting a bullet in the head or being found dead in a one-car "accident" had a hell of a lot more to do with it.

Susan knew she would be murdered or a member of her family would be murdered if she told the truth about slick willie.
All she had to answer was YES OR NO......she refused to answer at all and the judge held her in contempt.

Was it because of the money that (Susan McDougal)made or her loyalty to the Clintons?I believe McDougal was secretly in love with Bill Clinton, and entertained ideas that he would leave Hillary and cling to her (Susan)IF she proved her loyalty to him.
I also believe that McDougal was the type of woman who easily fell in love with someone with power, and Bill certainly fit that bill as AK governor and then President.

Susan McDougal didn't talk and she made it out of jail alive.
Her husband, Jim McDougal talked, was jailed and then didn't make it out of jail alive, he died in the "hole".
