Kushner has developments in Rishon Letzion, Ciple's hometown, the place McGay was introduced to Cipel----this was two weeks after then-Mayor McGay had proposed marriage to his current wife (or soon to be ex). McGay then brought Cipel to NJ and when he was elected governor, he made the turd the state's Homeland Security chief.
