hmm some psychologist would argue ANY thing you put on paper is meant to be read, ANY thing put on tape is meant to be heard, and ANY thing put on film is meant to be seen

Yea but that psychologist would be an idiot without common sense.

If I write something down to remind myself, maybe I want to see it, it doesn't mean I want the public to view it, if I put something on Tape or Film, it might be for my own personal use or limited to friends and family, not for public consumption.

Its a dangerious arguement that could be used to erode civil liberties and privacy, but in Fred Dursts case, I think this is a publicity stunt.
