Why is Europe the model for justice among the liberals on the Supreme Court? Why not Iran? Why not North Korea?
One suspects that it's because liberals identify with European "values," that the entire exercise is based upon nothing more than prejudice.

I agree completely. Now why doesn't our GOP Congress and President do something about it. The Constitution in black and white plain English (no penumbras) says that our elected representatives can limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court from any matter.

Ever since this ruling came down, I have been wondering if Mr. Kennedy would feel the same way if his wife/daughter were brutally murdered by an "underage" punk?
