Even assuming that this is the medical advice they were give, how much help is it going to be when the child is whispered about and made fun of at the school? And why should 4th-graders have to deal with transgender issues? WHY DIDN'T THEY TRANSFER THE CHILD TO A DIFFERENT SCHOOL? AND IS THIS CHILD USING THE BOYS BATHROOM?

That, sadly enough would be hate speech and the offending child would be punished and probably the whole familt sent to re-education..er, I mean counseling.
