Yeah this is all the husbands fault because some won't let him move on with his life and would rather tie up the courts with litigation and waste money.

I was put in a similar situation in 1989 with my former wife. She was nearly killed in an accident while driving drunk. I ended up divorcing her and getting custody of my 3 young sons who were 4, 6, 8. Had I stayed married to her I would have been held responsible for the 1 million dollar medical bill. She never fully recovered but was turned loose on society as a disabled dependent. You don't know misery until you experience that type of experience.
You don't know misery and what kind of decisions you may be faced with. And to have to worry about being second guessed about decisions at a time of multiple distractions is absolutely not foremost on ones mind.
You people say what you want........ there are some things you have no business interfering with. I don't care what your emotions are.

He could move on with his life very well, in the same manner that you did. He could divorce Terri, but he won't. He's obviously moved on, but he still wants to control her.

I'm sorry for your tragedy. You did the only thing you could do. You had to look out for your children. You're right about no one knowing the misery you've been through. It would be beyond horrible.

However, I don't understand how it applies to this case. Are you saying you should have done things differently? Are you saying you wished you would have remained married to her?

Again, sorry for your despair.

I don't care what your emotions are.

I haven't given you an emotional response. But yours is very emotional. I suspect that all the facts to be had in this case wouldn't change your mind. Because of your emotional experience with your wife, Terri must be a bad one too and not worth her parents struggle.

I'm sorry for your experience but it has nothing to do with this woman who has suffered abuse and neglect.

You are embittered and have absolutely no idea if Terri's situation is anything truly like the one you describe.

You say others have no right to interfere. Take your own advice.

We follow this case to the letter and we know the facts better than you. It is YOU who act on emotion while you happily, or should I say miserably, accuse others. Not only myself, but others have posted known facts to you that argue against these horrible conditions Terri is forced into by Michael and Greer. You ignore everything that is factual, and come back claiming a similar personal experience.

I know a waste when I see one. I just told you the Schindlers get their legal help pro-bono. That means free. What a waste to tell truth to someone of your attitude.

You are still railing about wasted money, when only your poor victim Michael has lyingly wasted money he promised for her care, in a years long effort to starve and dehydrate her to death, something society puts people in jail for doing to animals, and something that would not be done to death-row murderers.

AHA !

You are bitter about your own wife and you wish she had been killed? Your complaints are all about your ease and the rightness of getting inconvenient people out of your way.

YOU divorced her is just what we want Michael to do to Terri...You did not have the courts sanction her murder...A bit different and I am very sorry about your wife but you did the best and most humane thing for your wife, children and you...We just want Terri to have the same chance that you gave your wife

She was nearly killed in an accident while driving drunk.

Zark: Self posturing!?!
Have you ever asked yourself WHY your wife was drunk??
Was she REAL happy in your marriage??
Who of the two of you were the "Guilty" one???
A truthful answer would be appreciated here on Freepers!!!

O_ZARKMAN44 WROTE TO TXRANGERETTE: "Yeah this is all the husbands fault because some won't let him move on with his life and would rather tie up the courts with litigation and waste money."

You got the FIRST part right--->It IS the BIGAMIST-father-of-two-BASTARD-children-possible-BOTHCHED-ATTEMPTED-MURDERER-not-legally-qualified-guardian-husband Michael's fault!

He could have been done with the whole thing about 12 YEARS ago!!! ALL he had to do was DIVORCE TERRI!!!!! And let her PARENTS take care of her!!!

WHY doesn't he do it? Because her PARENTS WOULD give her the THERAPY she needs and DESERVES! When she relearns how to TALK, Terri could I-M-P-L-I-C-A-T-E him for several possible BOTCHED ATTEMPTS TO MURDER HER!!!!!

Michael NEEDS Terri DEAD!!!
