BRICK TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) Three teenagers have been arrested for allegedly vandalizing Christmas displays after homemade videos of the incidents were posted on a Web site, police said Thursday.
Corey Zappo, 18, and two 17-year-old friendsall students at Brick High Schooleach were charged with four counts of criminal mischief.
The video shows Christmas displays being destroyed with what appeared to be baseball bats at homes in the Lake Rivera, Mallard Point and Sky Manor neighborhoods.
The video, which was set to music, showed destruction at five houses but authorities believe other properties were hit, too.
We expect that once this breaks we may receive additional complaints, said Brick police Lt. Douglas Kinney.
The probe began when a Web site posted a video of an irate teacher yelling at students. Detective Mark Byrne, a police officer who investigated that incident, discovered links to the three suspects and the second video showing the Christmas display destruction.
Its unusual in that its the first time we had kids videotaped doing criminal acts and then posting them on a Web site, Kinney said.

Hey, Mr. Hand got even with him in the end!
A little too far north for real pineys. More likely brats and bullies --like the Columbine killers.
Of course, since they were trashing Christmas displays, the ACLU will probably defend them pro bono.
A little too far north for real pineys >>
Yea, I know, in between the BENNY's and the Pineys.
In the real Jersey pines there's a hunting club every five miles. Does Brick have any at all right now?
Just a lot of bricks.
Last I rememebr reading about Brick it was one 100 best places in the US in terms of low crime rate.
It would be nice it the victims went over to their houses and took baseball bats to their computers, stereos, Gameboys, etc. Let the little snots get a taste of their own medicine.
until the white trash yahoo's got bored.
Look what those pineys did in Lacey Township to those birds at the zoo.
Lacey would be northern pineys, I guess. What did they do?
They bludgeoned to death eight exotic birds at a zoo for abused and unwanted animals. They were bored.

ROFLMSAO!!! Good enough for the little punks.
It is always amusing when these little creeps videotape their own crimes and get busted by it. And they probably thought it was clever.
And now we know...the rest of the story.
Gee, you don't think these darling angels liked to push teacher's buttons, hm?
And where's the daddy that went running to the media? I want to see HIM defending his cretin of a kid and his buddies, taking a baseball bat to Christmas decorations, of all things.
Just imagine the level of viciousness to take it in their heads to take baseball bats and go out to destroy Christmas decorations.
Last night I watched "Wife Swap", only because of a thread on FR yesterday. It was a swap between extreme lib and extreme conservative families.
The lib family had a 15 year old kid that was disrepectful and hateful. The product of the "peaceniks".
another set of candidates for the 2005 Nelson Muntz award.
yeah. i bet the parents show up as their spawns lawyers instead of a parent horrified that their little prison bit*h off spring could possibly be at fault.
for gosh sakes what do you expect? the teacher actually wanted them to respect the national anthemn. the cad.
the damage that that had to inflict on the poor SOBs psyche.
the horror.
No its all built up now, not much pine left some patches of forest here and there.
This whole thing has such sweet irony to it. I was also glad to here students, former students and parents defending Mr. Mantel. I love my down and am sorry it is getting has been getting a black eye of late.
