There is however real genuine fraud, theft and kidnapping. And that is what Martha is the victim of. She was defaruded by the prosecution, her reputation and civil rights stolen and she was kidnapped for a while.

Martha was tried and convicted on perjury,tampering with evidence and a variety of other CRIMES and is about to face charges on insider trading,brought by the SEC.
