Quite frankly, I don't think there's any link between Terri and this story, and your manufacturing of one is wrong.
There's lots of news out there. Not all of it has to do with Terri. For all you know, the people rescuing these dolphins may well be supporting Terri's fight. You don't know, but you're willing to try to cook up some sort of link here.
It is not a zero-sum thing.
If you cannot see the difference between an obsession with a bunch of mammals going through the throes of death (this happens all the time down here and most of the time these animals die anyway) and the virtual "ho-hum" coverage of the planned death of an innocent human being, then your perceptor is out of whack.
