Your thread title is a little hyperbolic, don't you think? Resolutions aren't worth the paper on which they are written. How, exactly will this sense of the House resolution stop the rogue judiciary? Wouldn't it be better for Mr. Freeney to introduce a bill that actually has some weight? Why is he wasting time with this style over substance move? Why isn't he introducing a bill to limit jurisdiction or one of the many other Constitutional remedies available to the legislative branch? Does anyone think that people who are completely unimpressed by the authority of the US Constitution are going to be swayed by a sense of the House resolution? Please, get serious.

Ask Mr. Freeeney, since obviously I can't speak for him.
At this point this is ALL THERE IS, and IMO it's BETTER THAN NOTHING. It just may evolve into something with "teeth." If you disagree then don't support it.
