Nice people, but we usually end up after backyard barbecues discussing issues well into the night. Fortunately, we keep the beer flowing and I must say I rather enjoy our talks.

The weapon is classified, but known.

The pain research aspect is definitely news and changes the character of the thing.

Nope, the VMADS/ADT is a very different, micowave-type device.
