You can find a juvenile guilty and place the death penalty on him, but when have we ever 'killed' a juvenile? It takes about 20 years for the appeals to go Thur, and you know that attorneys are going to be making appeals, so if you take a 15 year old kid and put him behind bars, if he does get executed, he's going to be 35 years old...and no I don't agree with this decision, I don't think that our Supreme Court Judges need to look outside of America for laws governing our Constitution.
