Girl, if that's actually true, are you under the care of somebody who can prescribe for you and monitor your well-being? If you aren't joking or self-diagnosing, and you actually have that diagnosis, it's a very serious matter and I hope you have or get some continuing psychiatric care. If you genuinely feel your mood swings are that wide, there's no shame in it, but it's a very serious condition that needs to be dealt with using medication and some aggressive care and oversight from professionals.

Even if you just think that might be what's going on with you, find somebody you feel you can trust who can help you get some assistance (like a counselor or teacher or minister or somebody like that, if not a parent). Tell them about your mood swings and let them help you get some assistance.
