Unfortunatly, the courts are generally immune to public opinion. That's the problem. That said.
1. There is grounds for impeachment for 'poor behavior'. To me power grabs are more than bad behavior.
2. Congress needs to be attacked hard on this. The Senate more than the house, but the house as well. I can't help much on the senate, but I can vote Stabmenow outta there in 06.
3. Maybe it's time these tyrants in black robes faced some direct pressure. They ARE supposed to work for the taxpayers and are supposed to follow the constitution. They aren't and that is the problem. They either are extremely ignorant of the constitution, or they don't give a rat's butt about it. I'm betting on the latter.
NOT true. They know the Jackson comment. That's why they won't rule against the 10 Commandments. Even Breyer will join the majority. One of those ruling that no one understands.

"It's even worse that they cited international opinion and that they somehow think they have an Amazing Kreskin- like knowledge of our public opinion, even though it isn't reflected by the laws of those States."
Ok so the courts are immune to public opinion or are too influenced by it ?
