Look if they can murder millions of babies and get away with it the nation is just going to yawn over this one. It is tempting to wish they all meet up with some ruthless 15 year old punk crack head with a grudge against the world, tempting but I would prefer to have the rule of law back. I'd say 1934 (National Firearms Act) The second amendment is a whole lot more direct than either the 14th amendment or wherever the "penumbra" that justified "Roe V. Wade" is to be found. (Probably the fifth and ninth amendments?).
