Shadowlands is my favorite film of all time. The 1995 version of Pride and Prejudice (A&E) is possibly my favorite movie of all time. I admit that it's a chick flick, but it's got an excellent story, great acting, beautiful scenery, and good morals. It sticks quite well to the book, only deviating as absolutely necessary to change the media type from book to film.

Shadowlands is my favorite film of all time. Man, is that movie a tearjerker. Hopkins' finest work, IMO, and that's saying something.
