...the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that he cannot be executed for the murder.

So, what part of the Constitution did the magicians on the High Court conjure up, in their mystical interpretation, as to the reasoning behind their opinion?

Has our Constitution been twisted once more to provide our activist Black Robes with an answer that makes them feel warm all over?

The Supreme Court, in its 5-4 decision, tossed out the death sentence of a Missouri man who was 17 when he murdered a St. Louis area woman in 1993, saying the punishment was unconstitutionally cruel under the Eighth Amendment. "When a juvenile commits a heinous crime, the state can exact forfeiture of some of the most basic liberties, but the state cannot extinguish his life and his potential to attain a mature understanding of his own humanity," Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote.
