I remember reading about the Six-day war. The more the arab armies were losing, the more hysterical and grandiloquent the state-controlled propaganda. By those standards, these guys must have two feet and one hand in the grave.

Thanks for the ping. Re the Abu Sayyaf surrender; my guess is that they surrendered as they need medical treatment for infections and that there is a split among the terrorists.
