He's driving 64 mph in a 35 mph zone, and he's complaining about a speeding ticket? Most places would charge you with reckless driving.

article says state-wide, black drivers get 19% of the tickets--same as their proportion in Delaware. So where's the beef?

I don't know if it's genetic, cultural, or lack of experience, but I think it's asian immigrants that are particularly bad drivers. Most of them have little or no driving experience before coming here, while most of us who grew up here were learning the rules of the road and such long before we even started driving.
In any case, you ought to see the parking lot at the big Asia-Pacific mall in Markham (near Toronto, Ontario) on a weekend day. What a comedy of errors. Indecisive, can't back up to save their lives - it's hilarious as long as you're not trying to park there, too.

[[The investigation by the Wilmington News Journal also found that some police forces ticket blacks in disproportionate numbers.]]
Well there is a disproportionate number of whites playing in profession sports. Maybe we need to investigate that too?

I had a fraternity brother from Korea (Korean national). Rich guy, got in a wreck every other month. He called it "DWO" --- Driving While Oriental --- and a lack of depth perception.

Nah. Most young women drive pretty poorly, it seems to me, based on personal observation. If I see a car with two 20-something girls in it, I rarely see the driver watching the road much at all. Their race has nothing to do with it, IMO.

The officer revealed that the car had those super-dark tinted windows (which are illegal in the first place), so it was impossible to tell race of the driver when he started pursuing him for speeding. The self-appointed CEOs of Race Hustlers, Incorporated will just argue that blacks are more likely to own cars with super-dark tinted windows, and that therefore pulling over cars with super-dark tinted windows in and of itself constitutes "racial profiling".

One is Andre Brown of New York, who said he was driving with the traffic flow when a Greenwood officer ticketed him for going 64 mph in a 35-mph zone in 2002
This is BS

No Chinatown in St. Paul. Lots of Asians, but no Chinatown.

well if one group drives 30 mpr faster than the speed limit and another drives only 20 mpr faster then who do you think will pay the higher ticket.
