The Greenwood Police Department's chief is black as are some of its officers. They're VERY strict when it comes to speeding, sometimes stopping people for a mere 1-2 mph over the limit. I understand it's this way in Bridgewille too.
maybe 1%,probably less. I think that this state is about 98% white. I know that it is the most pale state in the nation.
Oh, we have some native americans. Not many.
