Not so fast .. The Tribune is chasing a story that the DCF investigation is a waste of the taxpayer's money. This is NOT a good thing IMHO.

The nbc and fox affiliate here also want the dcf complaint unsealed. I DO NOT. it gives hino's attorney the opportunity to move to dismiss which he does practically every time there is a hearing. Move to dismiss is a very bad thing coming from hino's attorney.

So far, Greer hasn't bowed to Felos on those but Greer has said "the law of the case is that she will die." compassionate judge at work.
